July 2010 Germany feelings.
When I was there with my friends, we split up for a couple of days: The girls went to Düsseldorf and the boys to Aachen. When we met again, they told us they saw a bunch of weird and fun stuff in the way, one of them was whis police emergency telephone on the road which was scrawled with spray and re-written "dealer"! Obviously they took a picture of it.
We came up with taking this idea and write a comic about it. And I used Alex from Köln as my character, of course.

Follow the story:
Alex is a drunken punk junkie from Cologne, he and his (gay?) friends were having a kickass houseparty the night before, and he doesn't remember a thing he did there. He only realizes that he wasn't at home when his furious hangover gave him a break and he saw a dirty crushed plaque which was written "Aachen". He thought it was weird, but he wasn't sure he wasn't hallucinating: right next to him was a drug dealer emergency phone! He has an idea and uses it.
"Yeah hi, so, ahm...I hav a problam and I nid...help."
"DO NOT FEAR! We'll send you a vehicle, where are you?"
"So, da parteh iz now at ma place and I hav no more cocaine...Wat can yu offer meh?"
"..."

This Alex guy must have made quite an impression on you, your drawings of him are really cool!
